Terms of Use

The Russian version of this document is legally binding.

These terms govern the use of the Goutub service in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Goutub provides users with a software service for generating, processing, and managing media content under a subscription or other access models published on the website.

7. Liability

The parties' liability is limited to the extent provided by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. The service is not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties, network infrastructure, force majeure, or for content created by users in violation of the law.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform's source code, interfaces, and other elements are the intellectual property of the rights holder. Users receive a limited right to use the service without any transfer of exclusive rights.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the service's Privacy Policy and the requirements of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10. YouTube API Services

The YouTube video publishing and analytics features are built using YouTube API Services. By using these features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How your Google account data is handled is described in the service's Privacy Policy and governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the service's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic under applicable jurisdiction rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

The service may update these terms at any time. A new version takes effect upon publication on the website, unless the new version provides otherwise.

13. Refund Policy

A refund is available only when all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  1. No more than 14 calendar days have passed since payment.
  2. The service has not been used — the Customer has not started a video generation, used the AI editor, image generator, or any other paid Platform feature.

If the service has been used (at least one generation project started, or the AI editor or any other Platform module used) — no refund will be issued.

To request a refund, the Customer sends an email to support@goutub.kg stating their account email and the reason for the refund. The review period is up to 5 business days. The refund is issued to the same bank card used for payment within 10 business days of approval.

14. Bank Card Payment Details

Subscriptions are paid by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ELCART) via the FreedomPay payment gateway, certified to PCI DSS Level 1.

Payment process:

  1. The Customer selects a plan on the Pricing page or in the control panel under the Subscription tab.
  2. When the Customer clicks the payment button, they are redirected to the FreedomPay secure page.
  3. The Customer enters their card details. The payment is confirmed via the 3-D Secure protocol.
  4. After successful payment, access to the selected plan's features is activated instantly.

The service provider does not store card data. All payment operations are processed on FreedomPay's side.

Prices on the website are listed in Kyrgyz som (KGS) and are charged in som. For payments via the Apple App Store, the amount is displayed in the App Store currency and is governed by Apple's rules.
