Common questions about pricing

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription and payment method in your dashboard, under the "Subscription" tab. Technical details depend on FreedomPay settings and your organization.

How does annual billing work?

A single payment for 12 months with a 20% discount — effectively 12 months for roughly the price of 10. The subscription activates immediately for 365 days, and plan limits apply monthly as usual. Toggle "Yearly" above the cards and prices will recalculate.

What happens when I hit my limits?

New tasks are postponed until the next day or month, depending on the limit — exact messages appear in the dashboard when you launch a job. If you need extra volume without switching plans, you can buy a publication pack in the dashboard ("Subscription" tab → "Add more").

Are the prices on this page current?

Yes. This page is built from the same pricing data as checkout in the dashboard — what you see here matches the amount at checkout, down to your bank's exchange rate.

Do I need editing skills?

A basic edit is assembled automatically. The timeline editor is there for fine-tuning; how deep you get involved depends on the task.

How does payment work?

Card payments (Visa / Mastercard / ELCART) are processed through FreedomPay. Goutub does not store full card details — all payment operations are handled by FreedomPay.

What is the refund policy?

If you paid for a subscription but haven't used any platform features (no video generation, no AI editor or other tools used), you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. If the service was used (at least one project started), no refund is available. Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment, within 10 business days. To request a refund, email support@goutub.kg.

Enter your card details (Visa, Mastercard, or ELCART). Payment is processed using the 3-D Secure protocol.
Once payment succeeds, you'll get instant access to all the features of your chosen plan.
