Go to /register, enter a username (at least 3 characters), email, and password (at least 8 characters). After signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email — some features are restricted until your email is verified.

Check your spam folder. If it hasn't arrived after 5+ minutes, a "Resend email" button will appear on the /login page (enter your username or email). If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.

On /login, click the "Forgot password?" link at the bottom. Enter your email — you'll receive a reset link (valid for 1 hour).

Go to the panel → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. This is irreversible: all projects, files, voice templates, and push tokens are deleted. Any active subscription is cancelled automatically (no refund for the unused period).

Go to the panel → Profile → Two-factor authentication → scan the QR code with any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). Save your backup codes somewhere safe.

Plans are priced in US dollars. On /price you can switch to KGS — the rate is taken from the platform settings (updated manually). The final charge depends on your bank's exchange rate at the time of payment.

It depends on length: 5 chapters ~ 5–8 minutes, 10 chapters ~ 12–18 minutes. Times may be longer during peak load. Progress is shown on the dashboard (live updates, no reload needed); you'll be notified when it's ready.

A slot is a reserved time for your job to start. This distributes load and ensures quality. On the last step of the wizard, pick a day and time from the calendar, then click Schedule — the job will start automatically at that time.

In Videos → History, find the card with a red status — there will be a Resume from step N button on the right. The pipeline will resume from the last successful step without restarting the entire process.

Yes. In the project Inspector (click the card in history) there's a Voices by chapter section — you can assign different voices to different chapters. Without an override, the job's global voice is used.

Shorts — a short vertical video 15–60 seconds for YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok. One scene, one story. Long-form — a horizontal video with multiple chapters and a script.

The Shorts Wizard is not available on the Starter plan. Creator — 15 Shorts/mo, Studio — 30 Shorts/mo, Agency — 45 Shorts/mo. Limits reset each calendar month; unused slots do not roll over.

If the mode is set to "From profile" but no voice has been configured in your profile, you'll see "not configured" and the option will be locked. Switch to "Standard" or "Favorites" mode and pick a specific card, or configure your profile voice under Profile → Voice.

An episode topic (1–2 sentences) and optionally a starting image of the character (PNG/JPG up to 10 MB) or a text description of the character. Duration: 30–120 seconds. Cartoon is available to administrators only during the beta phase.

A 30-second episode takes 5–10 minutes, a 2-minute episode 15–25 minutes. Depends on image API load. Progress is shown in real time; you'll be notified when it's ready.

Idea Finder automatically scans the YouTube channels or niches you've added and highlights videos whose metrics (views per subscriber) significantly exceed the channel's baseline. These are breakout hits — ideas that have already proven themselves in your niche and are worth picking up right away. The scanner runs in the background every 12 hours; results appear on the /ideas page.

On the /ideas page, fill in the form: choose the source type (Channel — a 24-character YouTube channel ID; Niche — a few keywords). The Label field is optional. Delete a source with the × button on the right.

Each finding card has two buttons: Hide (it won't appear in the feed again) and Add to project — this creates a new Goutub project using the video's title as the topic and queues it for rendering.

After every video is published through Goutub, we automatically start monitoring: every 10 minutes we poll YouTube Analytics and check CTR and retention. The first 30–60 minutes are the critical window — YouTube's algorithm decides whether to promote the video or bury it. If metrics drop below the threshold, we send a push notification and a Telegram message suggesting you swap the thumbnail for one of the backup variants generated in pipeline step 6.

Tapping the push notification opens the video page, which shows a "CTR below average" banner and a grid of all the backup thumbnails generated in pipeline step 6. Click the one you want — we call the YouTube API and swap the thumbnail.

It's an automatic test of 2–6 thumbnail variants on a single video. Goutub rotates the thumbnail on YouTube at a chosen interval (every 6 hours by default) and collects CTR/impressions per variant via the Analytics API. After 7 days or when manually stopped, the winner is selected automatically — the variant with the highest CTR among those with at least 200 impressions.

On the video page /v/<id> → click the "A/B Lab: test thumbnails" link. Select 2–6 thumbnail variants and a rotation interval. Results appear in real time as metrics are collected.

Trend Tracker (/trends) monitors global YouTube streams: what's taking off by country/category, which videos are gaining momentum for a keyword over the past 7 days. Compared to Idea Finder — which searches within channels or niches you've already added — Trend Tracker is open-ended discovery: the full mostPopular list for a country, or a full keyword search.

On the /trends page in the Subscriptions form, choose a type: Country + category (two-letter country code such as US, RU, KG); Keyword; Channel set. After adding, the first scan runs within 5 minutes.

Niche Researcher (/niche-research) is an onboarding tool for creators who haven't chosen a niche yet. You answer 5 short questions, and the service builds a set of 3–10 niche candidates and scores each on three real YouTube data metrics — demand, revenue potential, growth. The output is a top-5 list of niches with radar charts and a "Take this niche" button.

YouTube detects several patterns regardless of whether the content is AI-generated or not. Low retention — if viewers drop off within the first few seconds, the algorithm stops recommending the video and the channel's overall reach declines. Bot views — bulk views with 3–15 second retention: YouTube identifies bots via device fingerprints, IP clusters, and session patterns. This is the fastest way to kill a channel: one noticeable bot spike → demonetization and a shadow ban for 30+ days. Unlicensed music — Content ID matches audio tracks by fingerprint; a claim can arrive even a year after publishing, redirecting monetization to the rights holder. Reused content — if your video is too similar to others (e.g., a direct re-upload or an AI translation of another video without meaningful transformation) — "Limited or no ads" status. AI-generated label — YouTube doesn't prohibit AI, but requires disclosure for altered content; repeated disclosure violations → strike.

1. Humanize — detector + chapter rewriting so the text doesn't trigger AI detectors and sounds natural. Reduces the risk of an AI-generated label and improves retention. 2. Niche-Mismatch Badge — when you create a project, we compare its topic against your last 20 published videos. If the topic doesn't fit your channel's niche, we show a "YouTube may reduce reach" badge: the algorithm dislikes sudden pivots, and recommendations can drop for 2–4 weeks. 3. Silence Push — if you haven't published in 12+ days, on day 14 we send a push via FCM and Telegram: "YouTube will bury your recommendations — launch a backup project?" 14 days is the point at which the algorithm starts treating a channel as inactive. 4. Music Source Check — when building the project, we check the audio track source against an allowed list (uploaded by you / licensed library / royalty-free catalog). Unknown source → warning "This track may lose monetization" BEFORE publishing. 5. Monetization Disclaimer — on the project creation page and in its details, a plain statement: "Goutub does not guarantee monetization. The final decision rests with YouTube." No promises, no legal fog.

Goutub's protections reduce risks but don't cover everything. What you must do yourself: (a) AI disclosure — after uploading to YouTube, mark "Altered content" in Studio settings if an AI voice or AI images were used; violating disclosure rules results in a strike even if the content itself is perfect. (b) Music license proof — if the project uses a track from a commercial library (Epidemic Sound, Artlist, Soundstripe), make sure your subscription covers YouTube monetization and provide proof in the uploaded files section when we ask. (c) Reused content tests — if you're translating or reviewing someone else's video, add at least 30% original material (your own footage, your own analysis, your own structure). (d) Community guidelines — Goutub does not moderate topics: you are responsible for ensuring there is no hate speech, medical misinformation, or harmful instructions. (e) Age restrictions — if content is 18+, mark it as such when uploading.

Safe sources that pass Music Source Check without warnings: YouTube Audio Library — no attribution required, no claims, ever. Found directly in Studio → Audio Library; includes both music and SFX. Licensed subscriptions: Epidemic Sound, Artlist, Soundstripe, Musicbed, Uppbeat. Important: each has its own terms — for example, Epidemic covers all your channels while the subscription is active; Artlist grants a perpetual license for tracks downloaded during the subscription period. Save download confirmations in case of a claim. Royalty-free catalogs with CC-BY: Free Music Archive, ccMixter, Incompetech — attribution in the description is required. Stems purchase: Audiojungle, Pond5 — one-time license per project. What NOT to do: don't take tracks from "no copyright music" playlists on YouTube without verifying the original source (often a re-upload without rights), don't use Spotify rips, don't use film or game soundtracks without a separate license. Music Source Check will mark a track as flagged if it's not on the allowed list and will ask you to confirm you have the rights.

Step 1 — identify the problem type. In Studio → Monetization, the video will have an icon with a tooltip: "Limited or no ads" (violates advertiser-friendly guidelines), "Copyright claim" (Content ID, usually music), "Reused content" (video is too similar to others), "AI-generated without disclosure" (the label wasn't set). Step 2 — Copyright claim: in Studio → "See details" — if it's your licensed music, click "Dispute" and attach proof (Epidemic Sound receipt, Artlist license screenshot). Usually resolved in 7–10 days. If the track isn't yours, replace it with a licensed one or remove the audio track (Studio can do this without re-uploading). Step 3 — Limited or no ads / Reused content: click "Request review" — a real person will review it within 7 days. For a reused content demonetization, describe the original value you added in the description. Step 4 — AI disclosure: immediately mark "Altered content" in the video settings; the status usually changes within 24 hours. Step 5 — strike: if you've received a strike (not just demonetization of one video, but a warning on the whole channel) — appeal via support.google.com/youtube. Don't buy views or re-upload copies — that will make things worse. If you'd like a second opinion, contact Support with a link to the video and we'll help you word the appeal.

Guides (/guides) are in-depth step-by-step walkthroughs covering specific aspects of AI video production: voice-over, visuals, editing, and publishing. Each guide has its own URL and a step-by-step structure with deep links to specific Goutub screens.

In the panel → Profile → Connect Telegram — this opens @goutubkg_bot with a /start command containing a token. Confirm the connection. After that, all notifications (video ready, error, subscription expiry) will be sent to Telegram.

/start — connect your account; /status — current subscription, limits, usage; /help — list of commands. All notifications arrive automatically after connecting.

Panel → Profile → Notifications — uncheck the notification types you want to disable. You can also disable the Telegram mirror while keeping the bell-icon notifications in the panel.
